We keep on doing what we know how to do until we learn other things that work better.  People are rarely all that sick or stupid or broken. 

• People would change many areas and elements of their life if they knew what needs some attention and if they knew what to do next.

• People are usually a bit uncomfortable about making a first call for information  ...  they also know it is time to do something.
