I grew up in
I moved to the twin cities with my girlfriend to continue our education where we soon married. We remained in the metro thirty five years; until moving ‘up north.’ We were ‘overly busy’ with daily sports and nature interests and activities. After raising and training many collies, and battling infertility problems, we eventually had three children who are now adults in the metro area.
We have always enjoyed designing, remodeling and building homes and we do virtually all of the work ourselves. Our children are participants in and have rekindled an old interest in BIR track racing and county fair demolition derbies.
We enjoy cooking for family and friends; especially with our daughter; being on the water for any reason; liquid or solid. Our exercise is primarily bicycling, chopping wood and training mental health therapy dogs.
A good day must include; at least one good cup of coffee, at least one dog waging its tail, at least one good song and as much laughter as possible. Keeping up with my kids and a fine sunrise or sunset is also fully appreciated.
